4. Upon request by the Minister or, as the case may be, the public body to which the Minister entrusted the management of this compensation plan under section 54.10 of the Act, the applicant must also provide the particulars required under the Automobile Insurance Act (chapter A-25) and its regulations for the purposes of calculation of the compensation.
If the applicant fails to provide those particulars, the applicant must give the Minister or public body, as the case may be, the authorization necessary to obtain the particulars from third persons concerned.
